Fireplace Facelift & Three-Bathroom Renovation

This project combined a striking fireplace upgrade with the thoughtful redesign of three bathrooms, each created to feel spacious, functional, and stylistically cohesive while maintaining its own unique character. The fireplace received a modern facelift with elegant porcelain tiles, transforming it into a refined focal point that adds texture and contemporary sophistication to the living space.

All three bathrooms were carefully designed with an emphasis on openness and smart storage solutions, while sharing complementary finishes and a consistent design language throughout the home.

Bathroom #1 – Primary Bath Retreat

The primary bathroom offers a luxurious, spa-inspired layout featuring dual sinks with ample cabinetry for storage. A freestanding soaking tub serves as a centerpiece, positioned in front of a striking green tiled accent wall that adds depth and personality to the space. The walk-in shower enhances both comfort and functionality, while LED lighting elevates the overall ambiance with a clean, modern glow.

Bathroom #2 – Bright & Functional

The second bathroom features a bathtub and shower combination, designed for versatility and everyday convenience. Light-toned tiles create an airy and open feel, while a green tiled niche adds a subtle yet cohesive design element that ties in with the primary bathroom’s accent details.

Bathroom #3 – Powder Room

The powder room was designed to feel larger and more dynamic through thoughtful material selection. Smaller floor tiles create visual texture and depth, enhancing the perception of space while maintaining the project’s cohesive aesthetic.

This renovation successfully blends modern finishes, functional layouts, and cohesive design elements—resulting in beautifully updated spaces that balance comfort, storage, and contemporary style.
