This project in Pacifica involved a complete remodel of an elongated open-concept space that seamlessly combines the kitchen, family room, and dining area. 

The transformation included new flooring, fresh paint, and upgraded lighting, all working together to create a cohesive, modern, and inviting atmosphere. In the kitchen, a central island doubles as a functional workspace and striking focal point, complemented by elegant gold and crystal pendant lighting. 

White cabinetry, gold fixtures, recessed lighting, and wall-mounted lights, were carefully selected to enhance both style and usability. The family room was updated with a newly tiled fireplace, creating a clean, modern focal point, while a designated wall-mounted TV space provides seamless entertainment integration. Together, these updates redefined the space into a bright, sophisticated, and highly functional area ideal for both everyday living and entertaining.
