Our team did a stunning job completing this full home remodel, which included a new deck, landscaping, and a 356 sq ft addition; adding value to the home's existing footprint. The addition expanded the square footage of the existing kitchen and incorporated a brand-new living room. The team did extensive work planning to ensure the foundation and framing met the city's codes and guidelines to support the new living room's 20-foot ceiling and roof. Our clients wanted a sleek and modern design with an open floor plan and neutral color palette, which can be seen throughout the home, from the kitchen & dining to the loft and guest bathroom. The seamlessly integrated multi-panel sliding glass doors, nestled within the side walls, flood the living room with ample natural light while effortlessly connecting the indoor with the outdoor, perfect for hosting gatherings and making entertaining a dream.
