General Remodel

This stunning home in San Carlos was designed to be both modern and functional by our design team.

The kitchen is highly practical, featuring ample storage cabinets, advanced technology, and heat and stain-resistant surfaces. The electrical induction cooktop is conveniently located on the island, enhancing the cooking experience.

To meet our client's needs, the kitchen includes multiple ovens, a large refrigerator, and well-planned lighting, all while maintaining a cohesive style throughout. The primary bathroom has been remodeled to include a long vanity, dual sinks, and a unique shower/tub combination featuring a waterfall spout. The guest bathroom also boasts a contemporary look.

Additionally, we updated the staircase, fireplace, flooring, and lighting throughout the house. Our team successfully managed the entire renovation project while the client was out of the country, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all aspects of the project. We provided regular updates, oversaw subcontractors, and addressed any issues that arose, we ensured that the project stayed on schedule and within budget.

Our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to the client's vision allowed us to deliver a finished renovation that exceeded their expectations, all while they remained stress-free abroad.
